The webinar shared key learnings from running the largest global media pitches during COVID-19 and best practice learnings for 2021 and beyond.

Eva and Ian highlighted how technology is being used to strengthen communications, facilitate project management, information sharing and decision making, the importance of operating models (and the data and technology which enables them) and the re-emergence of media strategy and effectiveness in the pitch process – especially as thinking around cross-media measurement and the value of an impression matures.
