
MediaSense were delighted to present at the recent WFA Media Forum on Media Transformation where Ryan Kangisser joined Global Head of Digital at Coca-Cola, Anthony Martinez to discuss the transformation journey Coca-Cola have been on over the last 18 months.
In the session, Ryan & Anthony discussed the 4 critical stages of transformation and the importance of gaining buy-in throughout the process.

1 – Communication & Transparency – Ensure the wider community is engaged throughout the process to manage expectations and seek input
2 – Quantify the opportunity – Change not for the sake of change but to unlock genuine quantifiable growth and productivity
3 – Buy-in (at all levels) – Ensuring buy-in with the leadership will create the necessary mandate towards change
4 – Co-creation – Embrace input from the wider organisation to drive alignment and adoption
5 – Managing expectations – Transformation is never complete but a continuous and iterative process
