MediaSense announces the appointment of Matthew Gardner as Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence and support MediaSense’s international growth.
Gardner joins MediaSense from Britbox International, the BBC-ITV joint venture and broadcast media production and distribution business dedicated to delivering British TV to global audiences. As Britbox Chief Finance & Operations Officer, he led growth strategy, international expansion execution and investor relations.
American-born, Gardner brings over 20 years of commercial, financial and operational experience from a range of media, technology and agency businesses to MediaSense – previously holding finance and operational director roles at marketing and advertising agency network, Denstu International and video on demand and technology business, Vubiquity. Matthew has also held VP, supply chain and financial transformation positions at EMI, Ascent Media and Ticketmaster.
Gardner starts with immediate effect as MediaSense Co-Founder, Andy Pearch moves to a Non-Executive Director role at MediaSense, after 35 years at the forefront of global media operations, analytics and measurement.
