As a result of our continual focus on technology and the security of information, MediaSense has recently achieved ISO27001 certification.
In addition to Cyber Essentials qualification renewed in May this year, the ISO27001 certification sees MediaSense achieve the global recognised gold standard for information security and is testament to our commitment and capabilities in these areas. The full verified certification can be seen here.
While MediaSense customers will not see any immediate changes in the way MediaSense engages with them, we are continually reviewing and improving our systems and provisions for data and information availability, security and control. “All personal, employee and customer data and information are of the upmost importance to MediaSense and we take our responsibilities as custodians of all information very seriously” said, Allan Stewart, the company’s Platform Director.
To assist and transparently engage with customers and other key stakeholders, MediaSense has also published its Information Security policy, which includes its commitment to quality and details of the implementation. We would like to thank all our clients and stakeholders for helping us to manage information security to the highest levels possible.
MediaSense continues to invest in new technologies, and strong internal governance in all areas of operation, IT, other back office and external functionals and sees these investments as essential to offer the best customer experience possible in the sector.
