mediasense Appoints Michelle Kelly as President, North America to Accelerate Unified Marketing Intelligence for Global Brands
Michelle will lead mediasense’s regional growth and help expand its advisory services across marketing ecosystem strategy, agency partnerships, operating model transformation and marketing intelligence capabilities.
London / New York – 24 March 2026 – Global marketing advisory firm mediasense has appointed Michelle Kelly as President, North America, strengthening its leadership in the US as brands reassess how media, creative, data and technology come together to drive marketing performance.
The appointment comes as marketers face mounting pressure to deliver measurable growth while navigating a rapidly evolving marketing ecosystem shaped by AI adoption, retail media expansion, agency consolidation and increasing demands for transparency and accountability in marketing investment.
Michelle joins mediasense from Cognizant, where she served as Head of Growth & Transformation for Cognizant Moment and AI, Data & Analytics. Prior to Cognizant, she spent more than a decade at Publicis Sapient, where she held several global leadership roles including Global Head of Growth and Global Head of Marketing Operations.
Her experience spans enterprise marketing transformation, data and AI strategy, and large-scale marketing operations – capabilities increasingly in demand as brands rethink how their marketing organizations and agency ecosystems operate.
Jamie Posnanski, CEO of mediasense, said:
“Marketers globally are rethinking how media, creative, data and technology come together to unlock greater value from marketing investment. Michelle brings deep experience helping enterprise organizations integrate these capabilities into coherent operating models. Her appointment strengthens our ability to support North American clients as they redesign their marketing ecosystems for a more complex, data-driven and AI-enabled future.”
Across the US, CMOs are under increasing pressure to demonstrate marketing’s contribution to business growth while managing fragmented channel ecosystems and growing technology stacks. Many organizations are simultaneously bringing some capabilities in-house while redefining the role of agency partners.
As a result, demand for independent advisory firms has increased as marketers seek guidance on agency strategy, marketing operating models, commercial governance and marketing intelligence frameworks.
Michelle Kelly, President, North America at mediasense, said:
“CMOs are being asked to accelerate ROI in an increasingly complex and fragmented environment, while the opportunities to connect with audiences have never been greater. Marketers are looking for improved transparency around how their investments perform and the insights to make better decisions, faster. The organizations that succeed will combine intelligent media investment and creative excellence with a strong data, technology and governance foundation.”
As President of North America, Michelle will lead mediasense’s regional growth and help expand its advisory services across marketing ecosystem strategy, agency partnerships, operating model transformation and marketing intelligence capabilities.
mediasense works with some of the world’s largest marketers across sectors including consumer goods, financial services, healthcare, technology and retail, helping organizations optimize agency ecosystems and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing investment.
