The Role
This role is for a Senior Consultant (Digital) based in New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of digital consultancy and analytics projects, alongside support on product development and new business to enhance the relevance of the digital proposition to clients
The role itself will involve a range of activities including:
- Evaluating digital media campaigns, providing expert insights & recommendations, and presenting outputs to key stakeholders
- Supporting pitch management projects to help clients evaluate digital capabilities, propositions and submissions
- Advising clients on their data & technology strategy including recommendations around technology selection, utilization, KPIs and deployment
- Work alongside mediasense client account groups as the digital subject matter expert for allocated digital clients
- Supporting clients and lead internal stakeholders on internal and external operating model assessment and the implementation of key change recommendations
- Lead digital product development and management in key areas
- Line management responsibilities of Digital Consultants, Digital Managers and Digital Analysts where relevant
- New business development, both new-from-new and new-from-existing
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Strong, confident communicator and presenter
- Deep expertise in paid digital media, ideally across at least three of programmatic, social media, paid search, retail media, influencer
- In-platform knowledge working with or assessing data from key digital platforms, ideally at least four from Google DV360 (or Google Ads), The Trade Desk, Amazon, Meta, TikTok, Google SA360
- Good understanding of the role of data and technology and how it is applied to the application of these channels
- Strong analytics capabilities for processing and analysing complex data sources
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Strong time management skills
- Capable of working within a team and across multiple deliverables
- Combines intellectual rigour with practical application and delivery
- Curious and enthusiastic
- Must be articulate and literate; able to write impactful presentations which tell a clear story
- At least 10-12 years’ digital experience from agency, adtech, marketer, media owner, or consultancy
