THE ROLE
This role is for a US Creative lead, based in New York.
This position is highly strategic and key to our overall success, helping us to build richer relationships with new & existing clients. They will be assigned to key strategic client relationships, providing invaluable insight across a variety of topics including (but not limited to), creative capabilities (internal & external), organizational structures (internal & external), process & ways of working, use of technology & innovation, insight & effectiveness.
The role itself will involve a range of activities including:
- Play a pivotal role in driving creative excellence for our clients (strategically, operationally & executionally)
- Lead, execute and supervise consulting work across areas such as Operating model design, Agency Pitch
Management, agency management and creative effectiveness
- Develop thought leadership for our clients across key industry topics
- Build and train our wider teams in the area of creative, creative agency management & innovation
Team management
- Provide leadership to our account management & analytics teams in relation to client expectations and development opportunities
Business development
- Promote other existing services to clients and support the development of new business proposals
- Participate in new business pitches, supporting the preparation and presentation of proposals
Process management
- Ensure proper account management processes and procedures are maintained, such that all client assignments are delivered on budget and on time
- Ensure all internal reporting processes are completed, particularly in relation to contracts and financial controls
- Identify, anticipate and resolve issues arising relating client deliverables, retention and development opportunities, as well as profitability
- Ensure agency and other third-party relationships are appropriately managed
- Identify opportunities for improvement of our internal client processes, ways of working & deliverables

- Ability to manage people (up and down, internal and external), comfortable working with senior leaders

- Strong communicator (oral and written), able to simplify the complex and drive people toward action, adept at dealing with ambiguity

- Demonstrates natural business acumen and a curiosity for client challenges, able to diagnose challenges, draw conclusions and make recommendations with conviction
Negotiation Skills
- Thoughtful and measured approach to negotiation, able to balance and incorporate multiple variables in arriving at the desired outcome.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Significant experience (15+ years) working in client-side, agency, or consulting roles with strong knowledge of the creative industry
- A self-starter who is motivated to join a growing company and prepared to actively participate in driving that growth.

This is a full-time position based in our New York office
Competitive Salary $225,000 – $250,000 Per Year
