mediasense Appointed as Crown Commercial Service’s Sole Media and Marketing Auditor
mediasense appointed to work with Crown Commercial Service, supporting the UK Government in future governance and oversight of its media and creative agency framework.
Following a competitive tender, the UK Government has appointed mediasense as the sole media and marketing auditor for Crown Commercial Service (CCS). The new remit extends mediasense’s scope across all marketing disciplines, drawing on the company’s broader integrated marketing expertise.
CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer the best value for taxpayers.
Since 2020, mediasense has served as media auditor for CCS. We also contributed to the recent consolidation of the Media and Creative Services framework tender, which reduced the total number of agencies from 33 to 23 across 8 lots.
mediasense Head of UK Performance, Ian Anders, on the announcement:
“mediasense are proud to be re-appointed to work with CCS, and to support the UK Government in future governance and oversight of the new RM6364 Media and Creative Services framework. This extension of our marketing audit and services contract continues to build on our long-term work with CCS, delivering marketing audit and service across media, creative and production.”
