An exciting opportunity has become available to be part of our fast-growing team, and to be a key part of the Marketing function. This role will be responsible in project management & execution, co-ordinating events, content creation, digital marketing & crm, data analysis and measurement & reporting.

THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team during an exciting period of high growth and integration. This role is ideal for an analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating, managing, and supporting marketing, events, and content initiatives to fuel growth. You will support the collaboration and integration of recently acquired businesses as we look to cross-market and promote our group services and products.
Digital Marketing
Manage Execution and Delivery: Manage and execute external newsletters, client communications, and digital marketing campaigns
Website Management: Implement best practices and optimisation of www.media-sense.com to reflect our expanded propositions and services
Social Media Growth: Strategically manage and grow B2B social media channels, focusing on LinkedIn sponsorship and paid media campaigns
Events Management
Research Papers and Webinars: Manage the delivery, communication, and execution of both MediaSense and partner research initiatives
Global Events Program: Assist in organising, executing and promoting MediaSense’s global events programme
Q1 Industry Event: Manage and drive a London-based client and industry event in the first quarter of 2025
Data & CRM Integration
Marketing & Growth Support: Collaborate and manage internal teams to integrate data, user journeys, LinkedIn networks, and social media followers into MediaSense’s CRM system.
Data Management: Maintain the integrity and organisation of client and prospect data to ensure targeted campaign delivery.
Reporting and Analytics: Provide detailed reporting and insights to guide marketing spend and ROI allocation using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
THE ESSENTIALS
You are someone with the following proven expertise:

- Project Management & Execution: Drive and implement comprehensive marketing initiatives (see focus of the role) to increase thought-leadership and drive client acquisition, ROI & measurement. Proficient in delivery of high-quality projects within scope and budget.
- Digital Marketing & CRM: Manage and optimise digital marketing and CRM best practice efforts across various channels, including website development, e-mail marketing SEO, PPC, B2B & CRM.
- Content Creation & Brand: Collaborate with our internal teams and partners to manage and deliver content and award submissions that align with our brand voice, marketing objectives and underpins our updated products and services.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and spend.
- Event Co-ordination: Support ad hoc external events, webinars and industry partnership initiatives.
