The role
A Digital Data Operations Analyst possesses natural analytical & organisational skills and has excellent attention to detail, combined with a logical approach and a mature attitude. Demonstrating enthusiasm for data processing and problem solving, positive energy and a collaborative, enthusiastic attitude are all important attributes.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- A quick learner with an always-learning mindset
- A self-starter with sense of autonomy and initiative
- Ability to prioritise and multitask across projects
- Experience processing data at scale
- Digital experience either from a media agency, media owner, consultancy or client background
- Strong analytical skills
- Highly organised with an eye for detail
The following are preferable but not a specific requirement:
- Experience with tableau
- Knowledge of coding / coding languages
- Experience with data processing tools such as Alteryx
- Experience working in specific digital platforms (e.g. DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Amazon Ads Manager etc.)
- Demonstrative experience with automating processes
The role comprises of a wide range of activities:
- Working with a degree of autonomy to complete digital media analysis across programmatic, paid social and paid search digital channels
- Substantial data processing of large sets of digital data
- Evaluation of digital data, providing future-facing insights & recommendations
- Day-to-day project management and communication with media agency counterparts
- Visualisation of digital data
- Collaboratively building and evolving methodologies to better assess digital data at scale
- Helping to maintain digital databases, while supporting senior team members in developing and improving these databases
- Learn to utilise internal MediaSense tech stack for data processing and standardisation
