The role

MediaSense is a trusted media advisory partner empowering leading global and domestic brands to unlock value and make more informed decisions with their media. We specialize in advising clients across all aspects of the media supply chain; their agencies, their media & technology partners, and their internal operating model. We are a challenger to the legacy media auditor, consultant and pitch advisory players of the marketing communications consultancy sector offering intelligent, mature and high value advice on business and media challenges.



The role primarily comprises supporting various projects across Models, Partners, and Analytics, in terms of project and     client management. This role reports into the Consultant or Client Director and is supported by and expected to engage with analysts and specialists.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Client & project management (focused on wider account management as well as specific project management on various projects across Models, Partners, and Analytics

  • Ensure that a project plan is in place and regularly updated, and status calls (internal / external) are scheduled
  • Support Consultant / Client Director in making sure team members are properly briefed and regularly informed and updated
  • Work closely with the relevant analytics team members regarding analytics deliverables
  • Support the client lead with management of the day-to-day client relationship, ensuring meetings are properly documented and actioned
  • Provide progress updates to the client leads and support them as and where required
  • Anticipate and timely raise problems with client leads relating to deliverables, our scope of work and client or agency relationships

Delivery of tasks and team management

  • Take responsibility for all project management aspects of the projects allocated to you, working with the Consultant / Client Director to make sure clients and internal team members are managed and kept informed, and deliverables are ready on time
  • Work with the client lead to prepare insightful and relevant reports and outputs
  • Help coordinate the project teams to carry out a variety of projects across clients in a timely fashion and delivering the best output possible
  • Ensure agency relationships are smooth and efficient, and interactions are documented and actioned
  • Support and train junior or new team members, helping them gain understanding of non-analytical elements of Partners processes and gain confidence interacting with agencies and clients

Knowledge management

  • Actively contribute to and support the continuous updating of our Pitch Library and general knowledge sharing across the business


Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Independent, self-motivated, and hard working with strong attention to detail
  • Very organised with a track record in delivering large-scale projects, with the ability to manage up and down internally, with third parties and clients
  • Ability to help craft and present an engaging story, in written documents and PowerPoint
  • Clear and methodical approach to processing, arranging and extracting information
  • Confident communicator, at ease liaising with both agencies and clients
